Yats® is a local New Orleans style restaurant that specializes in Cajun-Creole dishes with a bit of crazy thrown in. With a chalkboard menu listing the day’s choices, customers order at the counter then either pick a seat or take their food to go. Yats® has been offering this “fast-casual” style of dining since 2001 when they opened the first location at 54th Street and College Ave in Indianapolis. Today, there are 13 locations with more on the way.
