Tyler B. Droste
Tyler’s main focus at Gutwein Law is Intellectual Property. While he concentrates in the areas of patents and trademarks, he also has experience in copyright and trade secrets. In his practice, Tyler aims to get to know his clients and their business needs so that he is able to provide value added legal guidance. Coming from a background in biotechnology, Tyler possesses a high attention to detail that is critical when navigating intellectual property matters.
Prior to receiving his JD from Indiana University, Tyler earned both his Bachelors and Masters in Biotechnology from Indiana University-Bloomington.
Spencer W. Tanner
An experienced litigator, Spencer practices in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy. He provides each client the best possible counsel and representation, identifying a strategy to reach the client’s ultimate goal before thoroughly and effectively guiding the client through the legal process. Spencer’s work in commercial litigation involves advising a diverse set of clients involved in all manner of civil litigation, including but not limited to, cases related to contract disputes, foreclosures, and evictions, buyers and sellers of goods, product liability, corporate control and governance, labor and employment, and fair housing law.
After receiving his undergraduate degree from Indiana University-Bloomington, Spencer earned his J.D. at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.
