They have to be hungry, creative-minded, and relatable (among many other things). In fact, there are five key criteria we evaluate in a target before hiring them.

- An attorney ready to practice full-time
- Focused in business, real estate, or litigation
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota and/or Indiana
- 3-5 years legal experience
- Possesses a pre-existing, portable book of business
- Has high moral character, is hard-working and practical
- Ability to manage high volume of clients with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- High level of initiative and foresight in completing assigned projects
- Can exercise independent judgment and discretion
- Has top-notch oral and written communication skills
