Governor Pence appointed Stuart Gutwein to the Business Law Survey Commission.  The Commission was created to consider recommendations to the Indiana General Assembly regarding any  corporation; limited liability company; partnership laws; new or additional  legislation affecting corporations; limited liability companies; partnerships;  and/or other business entities (domestic or foreign) authorized to do  business or doing business in Indiana.

Stuart has over a decade of experience in various aspects of business law and has been lead counsel for business formations, corporate governance, domestic and international mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, real estate transactions and product development. He has also co-founded three different investment management and sponsorship companies. Stuart is a graduate of Krannert School of Management at Purdue University and the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.   Stuart is committed to creating new value for businesses by helping them grow quickly and sustainably.
